All claims for damage or shortage must be reported within 5 days from receipt of merchandise. Examine all shipments carefully when received and before signing Bill of Lading or freight bill, and have any damage or shortage noted therein. Concealed loss or damage should be reported immediately to Spark Modern Fires. Failure to do this deprives consignee of his claim rights.
