The McGinnis project is a high-end contemporary beach house located on Long Beach Island NJ.

Our firm was not only responsible for the architectural design and interior design, but for the construction management as well. We were involved throughout every step of this project.

The Spark fireplace is a central focal point in the main living area. The three-sided fireplace separates the living room, kitchen, and the conversation pit.

The sleek lines of the fireplace complement the modern design of the house, and enhance the design of the main living space.
