Return Policy:

We will accept returns made within three months of the ship date.  Products can be returned for full refund provided the product has not been used and is received by us in resalable condition.  The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.  Please contact us at 866-938-3846 for a return authorization number.

1. Take pictures of the unit. 
2. Product must be placed on a sturdy pallet larger than the fireplace.
3. Fireplace should be completely covered front to back with heavy cardboard and then fasten with plastic strapping to the pallet.
4. Bubble -wrap the entire fireplace.
5. Use a reputable freight carrier.  Remember you are responsible for the safe return of the product to our dock. 
6. We will provide a “certificate of origin” needed for customs purposes.
